Hollywood’s best and brightest descended upon the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, and were dressed to the nines for the star-studded occasion.

The crew found the thoughtless note on their windscreen wiper after they had rushed a patient suffering a "major internal bleed" to hospital on Friday (10/11) afternoon.
