Alison-Madueke Speaks Up: “I’m Not Hospitalized”

Nigeria’s Petroleum Minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke

Early today, Sahara Reporters had carried the story of Diezani Alison-Madueke, Nigeria’s Minister for Petroleum Resources receiving treatment in a London hospital for a serious medical condition.

It’ll be recalled that Diezani was said to have been hospitalized late last week for stress-related ailment after she accompanied President Goodluck Jonathan to commission new oil fields in Anambra state last Thursday.

The minister who reacted through a popular social network, Wednesday, stated that both she and members of her family were well.

The statement read; “on the contrary to recently published articles concerning my health, I haven’t been hospitalized in London. Both my family and I are well.”

Hmmm…which one we go come believe na?
