FG Lifts Suspension of Dana Air

The Federal Government on Tuesday, September 4, lifted the suspension placed on Dana airlines.

The lifting of the ban on the operating licence of Dana airlines is coming four months after the airline had an ill-fated crash at the Iju-Shaga area of Lagos killing all 153 passengers on board and 10 others.

In a statement released to press men, from  the Aviation Minister Princess Stella Oduah, she stated that the government was satisfied with the air-worthiness of the airline after a rigorous technical, operational and financial audit was conducted on the airline.

She says by this action, Dana Air is now free to resume commercial operations.

What about the investigations that were said to be carried out? Don’t we deserve to know the outcome?
